Practices are currently scheduled for Mondays and Thursdays starting 12/1/25 running to about the 3rd week of March to be held at Pembroke Community Center 128 Center St. There is also a additional practice for experienced tournament wrestlers on Tuesday (Time and place TBD):

Grades K-2 5:15-6:15pm

Grades 3-8 6:15-7:45pm
